The sports star swept her brunette locks back into a neat high ponytail and opted for a glam makeup look.
Susanna Reid asked if Jill had any plans to go into television presenting and whether she would even consider taking over GMB.
Jill told presenters Susanna and Ed Balls: ‘It smells half as good as two baths and two baths.
‘I don’t have any plans. I really had to have a plan once I retired, so that’s how I landed in the woods. But I think your job is very secure!’

Jill shared some of her biggest highlights from the show: ‘It was really tough at times, but I think the Cyclone challenge, it was like being a little kid again on a massive inflatable! I think I threw myself into everything and just tried to make the most of an incredible experience.’
When asked what she missed more, her fiancee Shelley or the ongoing World Cup, Jill hilariously replied: ‘Don’t get me into trouble, it’s Shelley and obviously my family and friends but I won the World Cup. Have missed the cup games hence the excess.
‘Me and Owen were begging for the score and then the day we had an ice lolly and found out the score on a stick, it was one of the best days in the woods.’

After congratulating the former midfielder on her victory, Mike Tindall did the honor of placing a floral crown on Jill’s head as she sat triumphantly on a wooden throne before embracing her fiancee Shelley Unitt on the bridge.
Following her coronation, polled by 12 million viewers, an emotional Jill, who broke down in tears, said: ‘I can’t believe it. I can’t believe it. I think I’m going to pay my grandma a lot of money for 12 million votes! I don’t think there should be one winner, we are all winners.
Ahead of their fairytale moment, Jill said she was happy to be sitting with her best friend Owen, the pair having connected during their time on the show.

She said: ‘If Owen were to win the king of the jungle or if I were to win the queen of the jungle, there’s nobody I’d be sitting here with, so today’s going to be a great day.’
The lioness said that being part of a team her entire career has prepared her well for jungle life.
‘I always say that’s why kids need to go into sport, it’s not at the highest level or anything like that. It’s what you learn through sports, you win, you lose, you work hard at being a good person and you don’t know how you’re going to react to rats and heights, but all that while playing for incredible teams. People have prepared me well for the jungle. he explained.
She tried to stay on her best behavior in the woods knowing her family at home would be watching, she said: ‘I was trying to downplay it at first because I was like Jill, you live on ITV Your grandmother is watching, your nephew, your niece but then as it went on you forgot you were on a TV show.’
She was the only woman to stay in the camp for eight days, but says she saw no need to hold back the likes of Matt Hancock and Mike Tindall.

Jill told Ant and Dec: ‘I never thought about it that way, I didn’t. They were very welcoming. Obviously I’m a bit of a tomboy who plays football. They weren’t like ‘Oh, you sit down, and I’ll get the logs’, I still had to get the water, clean the logs, Danny. No, I never felt that I never did.
Her fiancee Shelly was met at the Red Bridge by the unit, who embraced the champion with a big hug after the engaged couple dated for over a month.
Jill’s victory capped off a pivotal year for the star after playing in the winning Euro squad this summer.
The Lionesses were crowned 2022 champions in August after they beat eight-time champions Germany to secure England’s first trophy since 1966.
