Olivia Munn and John Mulaney Celebrate Son Malcolm’s First Birthday With Chocolate Cake… Before the Sweet Baby Takes It upon Himself
Olivia Munn celebrated the first birthday of her and boyfriend John Mulaney’s son, Malcolm, on Instagram on Sunday.
The 42-year-old actress shared outtakes with her 2.8 million followers as she and the 40-year-old comic presented a chocolate cake to the little boy.
She wrote in one of the three captions: ‘Just got back from celebrating one year of the happiest baby in this world and in our lives.’

One set of images showed the little boy covered in cake as he wore a knitted crown with the number one sewn into it.
Malcolm accompanied his father wearing a pair of gray shorts and a button-up white shirt with the sleeves rolled up.
The family of three were all barefoot as they sat together on a deck outside surrounded by lush greenery and water.

Olivia was a proud mom as she wore a red and white party hat on top of her shiny black hair.
She wore a patterned, long-sleeved green wrap dress with a deep side slit that showed off her leg.
The Tales of the Walking Dead star wore two sets of tiny Huggy earrings and three necklaces.
She was glowing with a face of soft makeup which emphasized her already stunning features.

In a brief video clip, Olivia carried the oversized cake — which was covered with elephants and other props — over a seated Mulaney.
He holds Malcolm in his arms and blows out the blue number ‘one’ candle as a group of people walk out of camera frame.
The young child was hesitant to eat the cake, prompting Olivia’s mother to stick her finger into it and pour some of the icing directly into his mouth.
The guests were heard laughing as Olivia dropped her jaw in shock.
He wrote in the caption, ‘After which he started eating cake.’

In a reel shared by Olivia on Sunday, Malcolm is heard mumbling three syllables, which sounds like ‘I love you’.
He wrote in the caption, ‘I posted this in the carousel and then someone commented that they heard him say “I love you” and that’s the first time I’ve even heard it! This may happen???’
Last month, Munn posted an adorable video of her then-eleven-month-old’s first words.
“His first word was daddy/grandfather, his second word was cho (Vietnamese for dog), and his third word is car,” she captioned the upload.
In response to a comment as to whether ‘mama’ would be her fourth word, Munn replied: ‘I think ‘hey’ is coming forward.

John and Olivia first sparked rumors that they were dating in 2021, after Munn’s pregnancy was announced in September.
Olivia had a three-year relationship with NFL star Aaron Rodgers from 2014 to 2017.
John married multimedia artist Anna Marie Tendler in 2014 and the couple were married until May 2021, when they announced their separation. That same month there were reports that Oliva and John were dating.
Her divorce from Tendulkar was finalized in early 2022, a few months after Malcolm was born.
Yum! Malcolm quickly became comfortable with the sweet treat as he thrust his tiny palm into the cake.
