Gigi Hadid's dad Mohamed, 74, steps out for a stroll with leggy model Maxime Nova in Los Angeles

Real estate developer Mohamed Hadid, 74, was spotted in Beverly Hills on Saturday in attendance with a stunning blonde companion.

Gigi Hadid’s father, 74, was joined by model Maxime Nova as they rocked casual outfits on the streets of Los Angeles’ most expensive shopping area.

The Palestine-born businesswoman recently made headlines after she hit the red carpet with Real Housewives of Orange County star Kenny Silva at LACMA and the Gucci Art + Film event in Los Angeles earlier this month.

Hadid, who is father to several children including supermodel Gigi Hadid, flaunted a stylish figure in an all black ensemble teamed with a lightweight knit hoodie, fitted pants and high-top designer sneakers.

Mohamed also has supermodel daughter Bella and son Anwar with his ex-wife Yolanda Hadid, who was on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Meanwhile Maxime rocked a simple all-black casual exercise outfit with white sneakers and a black and gold purse.

Dressed in tight black spandex pants and a loose-fitting crop top emblazoned with the brand ‘Pink’, the blonde beauty looked effortlessly chic as she posed with Hadid.

Mohammed is a fixture in the Beverly Hills scene and is known for investing in and developing luxury hotels and mega-mansions around Los Angeles’ most affluent neighborhood.

Claiming an uncanny resemblance to Hadid’s 27-year-old daughter Gigi, Silva turned heads when she was seen holding hands with the real estate mogul.

The businesswoman was seen with her arms wrapped around Silva as she wore a tight red dress that made the most of her fabulous figure.

The beauty pulled back her white hair and looked like she could pass for Gigi’s older sister.

Kenny has a reputation of his own. She is a star on The Real Housewives of Orange County.

It is not yet known whether or not Kenny is dating Mohamed, but they certainly looked friendly as they stood side by side at the event.

Kenny posted on her Instagram on Saturday evening that she was at dinner at Maestro’s Ocean Club in Newport Beach.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Yolanda said she is proud of her daughters for how they deal with the pressures of fame.

The 58-year-old star admitted her model daughters Gigi and Bella, 26, are very good at what they do, despite their round-the-clock interest via social media.

She said: ‘My modeling career is very different today than it was when I started, 40 years ago,’ Yolanda shared. ‘Cause even when you’re famous, you know, I go home at five and nobody talks about me or looks for me, you know what I mean?

‘It’s not the same for them. It’s 24/7 paparazzi out there. [And] The whole social media aspect of it is completely different [light] On this.

‘They’re great at what they’re doing.’ Yolanda stresses that she has always tried to inculcate a good work ethic in her girls.

Speaking to ‘Entertainment Tonight’, he said: ‘I’ve always taught him to be the hardest working person, and first of all, to be the last person standing. [to leave], Be nice to everyone on set. Not only the people who know you can make you big in business, but everyone else.

In 2020, Yolanda admitted that her children are her ‘greatest achievement’.

Yolanda previously revealed that she emancipated her children when they were 12 because she felt it was important for her children to learn to be ‘independent human beings’ as they entered adolescence.

She said of motherhood: ‘I think I’m more of a disciplined mom versus a strict mom. But that also worked – the discipline was there from birth until about 12, and at 12 I set my kids free and they learned to be independent individuals. And then, just catches them when they fall. I don’t run their lives, I don’t make decisions for them. I am just their energizing anchor, and I am here to catch them when they fall.’
